Books For Africa

We are also passionate about giving back globally. We are empowered by lifting others in need all over the world. We take advantage of every opportunity to be a leading example of change in our community.

For us at Exposure Events, assisting great organizations like Books For Africa is a rewarding experience. Being apart our team enables more books to children in Africa who are eager to learn and build a bright future.

Books For Africa. A simple name for an organization with a simple mission. The organization collects, sorts, ships, and distribute books to students of all ages in Africa. The goal of the organization is to end the book famine in Africa.

Books For Africa remains the largest shipper of donated text and library books to the African continent, shipping over 32 million books to 49 different countries since 1988. Over the past 12 months they have shipped 2.6 million books, valued at $35 million to 27 African countries, with an additional 223 computers and 11 brand new law and human rights libraries.

Children’s Hospital & Build-A-Bear

Exposure Events was honored to help Children’s Hospital of Atlanta over the holidays and make the season a bit brighter for kids facing life-threatening illnesses. Team members brought new toys to the office, where they bundled them into different categories according to age range and the children’s preferences. They then assembled gift baskets that allowed each child to receive 8-10 toys for Christmas. Exposure Events’ team also created Build-A-Bears to donate to Toys for Tots last year.

CARE

CARE strives to help individuals and families in the poorest communities in the world. The nonprofit focuses on issues such as women’s empowerment, child hunger, clean water, and economic development. Jake and the rest of the Exposure Events executive team believe the charity is making huge impacts throughout the world, and they look forward to contributing to it in the future. CARE is devoted to bringing about sustainable change.
